our jewellery is hand-crafted, incorporating semi-precious
stones/crystals, natural materials, beads and findings
from around the world, therefore components may vary,
giving each piece its individual quality. For the same
reasons measurements are approximate.

a purchase
It’s
easy, just browse our website and add any items you want
to buy to the Paypal shopping cart. When you have completed
your selection Proceed to Checkout.

goods will be shipped using Royal mail unless otherwise
specified.

Delivery
We
aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 working days after
receipt of payment- at busy times eg Christmas please
allow extra time and to avoid disappointment order early.
If
you are paying by cheque please allow 3-5 extra days for
the cheque to clear.
We
will contact you if there is likely to be any delay. Unfortunately
delays can occur which are outside our control e.g. postal
strikes, we incur no liability for delays or failure to
deliver the products within our estimated delivery times.
Returns
Policy
If
you are not satisfied with the jewellery, you may return
it within 7 days for a full refund (less postage and package).
We
are sorry but for health and safety reasons we cannot
accept returns of earrings. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Specially
commissioned or modified items are non-refundable.
Please
contact us by email at info@cornucopia4u.com
to receive a return authorisation number prior to
returning the item.
Return
the item in the condition it was sent to you i.e. complete,
unused, undamaged, and in its own packaging.
We
are proud of our quality control standards, however if
you do receive an item which is damaged please contact
us at info@cornucopia4u.com
within 48 hours.
For
your own benefit, please send items back via recorded
delivery as the company cannot accept responsibility for
returned items lost in transit. Postage costs are not
refundable.
Remember
to include your name, address, order number and authorisation
number as this will speed up the return process.
When
we receive the goods we will provide a refund, or exchange
your item for something else.
Refunds
after 7 days are at the discretion of Cornucopia4u and
you must contact us prior to returning the item.

overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties
and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your
country. Any additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be.

website, its contents and any contract resulting from
the use of this website, are governed by and construed
in accordance with Northern Irish law. The parties to
any contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Northern Ireland. All contracts are concluded
in English.
